The key element that will set this development apart from the competition is the activated outdoor spaces. The Park will boast a one-acre private park divided into four interconnected experiences, with panoramic vistas of the Pacific Ocean. Each park is designed for different types of outdoor experiences. From outdoor dining to relaxing poolside, The Park truly combines an outdoor oasis with high design interiors.
CO O P created a brand for The Park that communicates this is a place for advanced living and an elevated wellbeing. This aesthetic exudes sophistication and is intended to make your home feel like a vacation - allowing residents to relax, refresh and unwind. To bring this building to life, our team worked together to create a visual identity, campaign, and brand story that highlights the location and showcases the park amenities. A photo shoot and brand video sparked inspiration for digital and print ads to bring the brand to market.
