Stories of Change was launched by Wheelhouse Group in March 2021 as a way to document remarkable stories of resilience and innovation, learn from collective experiences and become better drivers of change. The initiative began by asking partners, clients, employees and colleagues to submit their "Story of Change." Since then, Wheelhouse Group has hosted three "Story Jams" – virtual, interactive panels – to spotlight various change leaders. Lessons learned from these stories have been compiled into bi-monthly information campaigns targeting leaders in federal and state government, along with the private agencies that serve them. The campaigns feature both internal and external resources, a variety of media, and are often are in collaboration with experts from other organizations. The goal for this initiative is to continue gathering stories and distill them into insights and actions that will help everyone become better at change.
