The Boulevard is a new apartment community located in the historic MiMo district of Miami. The eclectic neighborhood derives its name from "Miami Modernist" architecture - a regional style of design that developed in South Florida during the post-war period. MiMo design melds a bit of Hollywood glamour, an appreciation of the organic and a fascination with the future to create something completely distinct.

Taking those classic MiMo design elements in daring new directions, The Boulevard apartments offers a rare opportunity to live in an architectural wonder. Here, sensuous curves are wrapped in glass, while flowing spaces are outfitted with organic materials. From the timeless furniture in the common spaces to the carefully selected artwork, the property embraces the aesthetic and even updates it a bit to give it a modern twist.

The brand campaign for The Boulevard apartments celebrates the past but is forward-thinking down to the last detail. A flowing user interface, curving graphic gestures and midcentury-inspired one-line illustrations all contribute to the MiMo vibe. In addition, the unique aqua and gold color palette sets this brand apart, especially when paired with commissioned, vibrant neighborhood photos.
