ADUSA Supply Chain is a family of supply chain companies that, together, support one of the largest supply chains on the East Coast, serving the omnichannel grocery brands of Ahold Delhaize USA – Food Lion, Giant Food, The GIANT Company, Hannaford and Stop & Shop- through a self-distribution model for the future. The ADUSA Supply Chain infrastructure enables each unique brand to deliver an unparalleled experience to its customers, no matter how, when or where they choose to shop.
As part of an ongoing effort to foster a winning culture grounded in service, quality and safety, The Phoenix team collaborated with key ADUSA Supply Chain stakeholders to develop and deploy a comprehensive engagement strategy and tactical playbook to connect with their 15,000+ employees.
This campaign focused on two important core principles – Delivering Excellence Every Day and Safety. The Phoenix Team designed and deployed an impactful suite of digital and creative assets showcasing actual employees to cascade this messaging across their Distribution Center network in a manner that meaningfully connects and resonates with all associates.
Additionally, The Phoenix worked closely with the ADUSA Supply Chain team to develop an on-the-ground engagement strategy aimed at demonstrating the company’s commitment to and appreciation of associates that inspires them to Deliver Excellence Every Day.
This activation plan included establishing listening posts to garner associate insights and implementing evolving engagement programming to strengthen the connection between associates and generate a sense of pride among employees.
