Chinesology aims to be an unconventional Chinese restaurant and bar and approaches Chinese culinary traditions with a modern eye. Inspired by Tang dynasty architecture with the vibrant color palette of an Eden in exploring the connection between oriental aesthetics and cotemporary hospitality experience. Echoing the conceptual modern Chinese fine-dining restaurant, the design on restaurant collaterals including restaurant cards and packaging adopted a “traditional meets contemporary” approach by mix and match the ancient Chinese figures with different modern trendy items. Inspired by Chinese arch form and Chinese decorative line, the Chinese character of Chinesology (唐述) was hidden in the logo design which highlighted the value and beauty of Chinese aesthetics. Dining has always been an enjoyment and interaction. The contemporary interior decoration together with a range of tableware and delicious recipe pairings in Chinesology bringing guests the memorable and optimal dining experience.
