Over time, internal wellness initiatives within the various sub-companies of CCG Club Group have developed unique identities. However, recent developments have sparked a need for greater consistency and recognition among employees and key stakeholders.

The goal was to create a cohesive and adaptable wellness brand that reflects the core values of CCG while accommodating diverse usage scenarios and potential future growth into a separate entity.

To establish a foundation and delineate avenues for exploration, our team conducted several collaborative sessions with the client. Here, we refined the values and emotions we aimed to evoke among employees through wellness branding. Emphasizing neighborliness, warmth, optimism, and forward-thinking was crucial, alongside the recognition that wellness is an ongoing journey.

We embarked on creating the wellness mark by dissecting the logos of CCG Club Group and its subsidiaries, seeking elements or "DNA" that could weave connective threads into the new wellness branding. Our solution seamlessly integrates colors and the iconic CCG "wing" shape into the "J" of Jaunt, imbuing the letterforms with a sense of movement. The logo embodies the essence of being active and supported in one's wellness journey. Central to the Jaunt mark lies the letter "U," symbolizing the individual and reinforcing the focus on personal growth that each person embarks upon.

The Jaunt Wellness branding has yielded notable results, as evidenced by increased awareness and engagement with the wellness program. Joanna Marra, Director of Wellness in Human Resources, recognizes the brands effectiveness in bringing together the comprehensive wellness initiatives. Employees now have a clearer understanding of wellness-related resources, reinforcing CCG's unwavering commitment to supporting them throughout their wellness journey.

In tandem with the branding initiative, CCG introduced the Jaunt Wellness App to further support employees on their wellness journey. The app empowers users to set personalized health and fitness goals, track progress, and engage in challenges with colleagues, fostering positive behavioral changes. Since the launch of the unified branding, Jaunt Wellness app registrations have demonstrated consistent month-over-month growth, underscoring its increasing popularity and efficacy in facilitating employee wellness.
