Our goal was to create a new flexible and inviting exhibit that will grow with the company, having the ability to adapt product brands from show to show. It would allow for equal messaging of the core NAI brands with a clean and bright feeling that will facilitate awareness, education, and communication. The booth required an inviting welcome counter and video branding all within the 20’x 20’ space. The exhibit challenge required creating an inviting space with flow that included an 8’w x 16’h storage tower and an 8’x 8’ private meeting space with table and chairs to hold 6 people that still allowed for additional outside meeting areas and welcome area.
An enclosed meeting area and storage tower is set to one side of the space. This allowed for open accessibility for two additional meeting areas and welcome areas. A private room with 4 semi-translucent plexi walls was added to allow a lighter feeling when inside the room. Hanging sign and 16’h storage tower allowed for high visibility branding and graphic placement. Planters with real 3’ greenery gave a semiprivate feeling for the outer sitting areas. Canopies from the storage tower and enclosed meeting space anchored the booth structure to the outside meeting areas. Graphics with large and bright images along with a wave graphic element created an impact upon approaching to the booth
