The bond we create between two people falling in love and growing to care deeply for one another is something that cannot be captured in just one word. Representing this bond in a single family crest is, therefore, no easy task—especially when the initials of the couple could be misconstrued or carry unfortunate associations.
By handling this with cleverness and elegance, I was able to bypass these potential pitfalls while capturing the love and unity that Maikel and Stefanie share. Their crest not only symbolizes their bond, but also reflects their family values. Through in-depth conversations, we uncovered their belief that everyone who enters their home is treated with respect and dignity, which inspired their motto: "In our house, everybody is guest of honour."
This meaningful crest will be integrated throughout their home, even as a mosaic on their swimming pool floor, creating a lasting tribute to their family’s journey and values.
