The AUDI APP, driven by “smart interactive experience”, redefines the traditional role of automobile apps to create a smart system that connects users, vehicles, the brand, and the community, establishing a model solution that leads the evolution of future mobility ecosystems.
Covering the full vehicle lifecycle—from browsing and test drives to purchase, usage, and maintenance—the AUDI APP delivers a closed-loop experience via six core modules. The AI Intelligent Assistant enables natural language control for both vehicle operations and service appointments, seamlessly integrating into everyday life to deliver a dual-service experience. The Pioneer Program, a gamified rewards system, encourages sustainable actions with carbon credits, thus creating a “sustainable behaviors-carbon credits-user value” closed loop and enhancing user engagement. The Brand Co-Creation Community allows users to grow from passive participants into active co-creators by completing tasks, earning credits to level up, and unlocking badges and personalized identity markers. In addition, 3D Virtual Showroom breaks free from traditional static catalogs, offering users an interactive, immersive and custom viewing experience. Remote Vehicle Control allows users to check key vehicle data in real time and remotely control features. It also provides one-button smart vehicle location service for seamless, intuitive control.
The APP uses “Velocity Violet” as its primary color, a color that fuses Audi’s iconic red and blue. While preserving Audi’s outstanding performance, it also underlines the brand’s evolution toward a smarter, more electrified future. Rooted in this core color, the UI system uses layered shades of violet to create a look that is both tech-forward and approachable. The iconography is inspired by the headlight design of the E5 Sportback to ensure a refined and consistent experience across platforms. In terms of sustainability, the carbon credit system encourages green behaviors and annual carbon-reduction leaderboards enhance user engagement. The Carbon Cycling Workshop, a dedicated section of the marketplace, sells Audi-branded merchandise made from recycled materials, transforming sustainability from an abstract idea into tangible, participatory experiences that reinforce brand values.
