How do you make brand marketers rethink audio’s strategic value? In a medium often relegated to promotional messaging and tasked to junior copywriters, the creative opportunities are often overlooked. Yet, when thoughtfully executed, audio can unify every marketing platform.
We met with key business leaders at tent-pole events and used this platform to re-educate them about the strategic value and creative potential of audio in an immersive audio-first, screenless experience. In a sea of client presentations, networking events, and publisher-sponsored perks, Audio is Magic stood out as a must-attend, in-person experience. Intrigue around the invite-only event was spread by word of mouth - with only a cryptic audio-invitation and mind bending splash page to advertise the experience.
At major industry events, we transformed meeting rooms into immersive theaters where two live presenters and an audio producer brought magic to life. Industry leaders were invited on a journey through the canals of aural magic across five acts, where we showcased different facets of audio’s marketing magic. We surprised attendees with plays of psychoacoustics, explained the power of congruence, portrayed the power of priming, and communicated a powerful story through show don’t tell audio storytelling. In meeting-dense environments where engagement often follows the same playbook, Audio is Magic redefined the B2B experience. With the power of audio and dynamic in-room experiences, we reminded advertisers what it really means to capture attention. Audio is Magic didn’t just raise awareness, it pushed marketers to rethink the role of audio in their marketing channels.
