With a mobile-first approach, YelliGo™ helps to reduce workforce-related expenses by automating labour-intensive processes like scheduling, time punching, communication and forecasting - all while creating a smiling workforce and improving the working experience for employees and managers. ‘YelliGo™’ means "where are you going" in the Indian Kannada language. This title is a perfect match to describe the core nature of field service operations in the Indian context. With the Logo, we wanted to communicate the perspective of the management and the field personnel within a unified framework. Therefore, we brought the ‘Question Mark’ (?) signifying the Geo-location of the employee on the work. The ‘GPS location’ symbol represents the live tracking capability of the software application used by the management to monitor and track their field personnel. ‘YelliGo™’ automates both the processes to inform the personnel ‘where they are going’ and enables Management to ‘track their movement in real-time’.
