BINYAN designed and produced an immersive experience to showcase a yet to be built property, 11 Yorkville, luxury condos in Toronto.
This experience lives inside a light-tight 4 x 3 m room, at the display suite of the new property development site. It has 3 wall projectors and a 5.1 stereo.

The resulting work uses shards of glass, borrowed from the tower, as a visual motif to reflect the world and offer a glimpse into a life offered to the residents.
