When launching their brand, CoverEase wanted to create a memorable and iconic character with the ability to emotionally connect with audiences, capture attention, and help make the process of purchasing insurance fun, accessible, and easy. Their tagline is “Lightning Fast, Easy, Awesome " which refers to the user experience and support business owners receive when purchasing their business insurance through CoverEase. The solution was to illustrate their beloved pet and office-mascot, Max, and bring him to life through animation as Lightning-Fast MAX. Lightning-Fast MAX is now being integrated as an animated brand-vehicle in all the client’s video creative, advertising, printed collateral, and within the user-driven quote and purchasing experience at CoverEase.com.

Lightning-Fast MAX leads and assists customers through their purchasing experience from beginning to end. He fetches insurance quotes, sniffs out the best options suited to business needs, fights cyber-security “cat-bots”, and protects from liability. Providing a Lightning Fast, Easy and Awesome Experience for MAXimum Coverage, MAXimum savings, and MAXimum peace of mind.
