Since covid, we have seen a bunch of community activities transferred to online hangouts and virtual meet-ups. But it's tough for facilitators to hold a meet-up experience as engaging as offline activities. Furthermore, community as a service(CaaS) makes people aware of the value of sharing information and building a network. However, there is a lack of tools to help facilitators drive the retention and engagement of community members.
