Drawing from Song Dynasty aesthetics, we pursue a design ethos of "elaborate simplicity, beauty to elegance," melding traditional Chinese fine brushwork with colors inspired by pine stones, bamboo, autumnal blues, and celadon to craft a contemporary Chinese aesthetic voyage.
The Song era epitomized a blend of understated elegance and romanticism. A life of leisure and contentment with wine; a sight to captivate modern souls, beckoning with tranquility.
The outer halls and corridors are adorned in the Song's "Four Elegances": tea ceremonies, fragrant incense, hanging paintings, and floral arrangements.
Our landscape design fuses flat and dimensional elements, each step a new vista—wandering through woods, feeling gentle breezes, and rustling leaves—inviting serenity and delight, a place to lose oneself.
Quoting Wang Xizhi's Lanting Xu("Preface to the Orchid Pavilion Collection"): "Endowed with great mountains and lofty peaks, Orchid Pavilion has flourishing branchesand high bamboo bushes all around, together with a clear winding brook engirdled, which canthereby serve the guests by floating the wine glasses on top for their drinking. Seated by thebank of brook, people will still regale themselves right by poetizing their mixed feelings andemotions with wine and songs." We've transformed the hall into a spring banquet, employing a 270° screen to immerse guests in the beauty of clear waters, mountain silhouettes, and ambient charm—a captivating play of light and shadow.
