Memory route is a digital platform that allows users to relive in firsthand the memories recorded by other users. By creating interactive paths, the city becomes the stage of the stories told by those who lived them. The system consists of three parts: the web platform for the collection of the memories, the app that allows you to unlock the memories geo-located in the city and the Memory Hub that is the urban totem and the connection between the digital service and the city. The memories are given exclusively on the app for the smartphone. By logging our account on our smartphone, the app will show us an introduction screen to the service. Subsequently the GPS will be activated, in order to visualize on screen the fragments of memories geo-located nearby: the greater the memory is, denser the texture will be. By zooming on the screen of the memory, we will activate the camera of our device and consequently the activation of the augmented reality through which we can view the spatial position of all the fragments that make up the path. Once the position of the fragment has been reached, the app will unlock it, after touching the icon showing the type of memory (text, pictures, audio and video).
